The Trosa Municipality is situated close to the Stockholm region. Within a radius of 200 kilometres you reach one fourth of the inhabitants of Sweden and are close to three of Swedens largest airports. In Trosa, Vagnhärad and Västerljung which are the population centres, there are around 1.000 companies. Some 30 of them have between 10 and 400 employees.
The number of inhabitants in the Municipality is growing with around 250 persons a year and now hosts some 11.000 persons.
